It was almost 13 years back on 3rd Sep. 2007, we officially started the journey of Net2Source. I was 21 with just two years of experience in the Staffing Industry, and USD 100k was borrowed as a personal loan. Before we could have even established our foot, we were hit by a severe financial recession. Soon, the cash at hand was almost over, however, my instincts didn’t let me give up, and I ended up borrowing an additional USD 20k, and after weeks of relentless hard work, we had our first profitable month, and then, there was no turning back. We steadily kept growing, and then were hit by another major snag in 2014, our expenses kept growing, revenue went flat, and shockingly few core leaders sabotaged the company’s growth by operating their own company under the wraps at our cost. After uncovering the truth, I took charge in 2015 to safeguard the interest of the rest of our employees and the company, and the rest is history. We grew at a pace like never before, registering over 500% growth in the last 5 years. The only magic I did was to let trustworthy people build the business by empowering them.
