Deep dive enzyme stability: Shelf-life stability Immediately after the production of an enzyme, a slow aging process starts decreasing enzyme activity over time. This process is influenced by several factors: the intrinsic stability of the enzyme, its formulation, the packaging of the product and the storage conditions. To ensure long shelf life of our feed enzymes, extensive stability tests under challenging conditions like 40 °C and 75 % humidity are an integral part of our development process. Based on that, we can guarantee a shelf life of 24 months for our new mannanase Natupulse® TS when stored at or below 20 °C.
