We may believe this to mean we should feel happy all the time, excited or even outwardly zealous about mundane tasks. However, as experienced professionals, we understand this is not always realistic. Therefore, my colleagues at Shred-it understand this to be a credo on action over mood, on response over incident, on solution over problem. For us to "Be Positive" is to demonstrate resilience in testing times, to act with discipline even when the first flush of motivation has passed, to be proactive even when we are achieving the success we have sought. This is why I am so enthused by my colleagues who take Rule 5 to heart in everything they do. So "Be Positive" in your actions and see what you can achieve!
