3 wins from last quarter. 1. Subsplash hit it's growth goals. In a tough climate, our reps keep proving that we are the best company to equip churches and not for profits with world class engagement and donation software. 2. My team did 95% of their combined goal. I am truly impressed with the heart, humility, and hustle that they bring to their job each day and nothing thrills me more than seeing them succeed. As a people leader, nothing thrills me more than seeing our reps succeed. 3. We hired Kayla Gomez as our next Manager of Client Success. She has consistently been a top performer on our team and I can't wait to see the impact that she will have on our department as she steps in as a leader. TLDR: Subsplash is off to a great start 🙂

Every year I like to do something #different, and last year I still can't believe when I and 9 others at EMJ jumped! One Friday in the office I was talking to Daniel Healy about my aim to do something different/big each year, and that I'd been putting off jumping out of a plane. 🛫 Forever holding me accountable, Dan said "Why don't you just do it?" A couple of weak attempts to push back later, I said "I'm going to do it". Through fear - and also to see if anyone was putting it off like me - I shouted to the office "Who's with me?", and I couldn't believe that 9 people said "ME!" 9 PEOPLE. If you shouted that out in your office would you get that many people joining? We booked it that day, and a month or so later the job was done, all 10 of us jumped out of a plane, raising money for Kids Inspire. I've just not seen moments like these in any other company. We're encouraged to go out of our comfort zone every day, and it's so inspiring to come into an environment where there are stories like this everywhere. Coming out of your comfort zone doesn't necessarily mean jumping out of a plane, but when people are collectively conquering fears, pushing boundaries, breaking records, or just improving themselves by 1% each time they do, it's WORTH IT.
