Hello All, Following up on my post last week about what affects people moving into a career in Tech, BAE Digital Intelligence in partnership with InnovateHer has put a spotlight on how exposure to Tech in schools can and will be an important way to help promote diversity and give people a better framework to start their careers and bring down the roadblocks for a job in the tech industry. I believe things need to change, and it is good to see there are people at the forefront to help make this change happen. Do you agree that this needs to improve in our education system?
