It is interesting to see people reacting to a flight incident that could happen to any plane, #Boeing or not. It is also interesting to see how the media exaggerates a lot of what goes on around us without an actual proper analysis of the causes of the problem. The news are interested in interviewing people to keep the news cycle going and the stock prices. It looks like Boeing has issues that it needs to deal with. No one is analyzing these issues. Boeing is definitely not talking about it. If it did talk about it in 2018 & 2019 maybe we won't be here! That was my observation then and it is still the same now. #Safety starts with transparency. Go back to the basics and focus on "What" is right as opposed to "Who" is right. Even if that who is a VP or a CEO of a major company. Safety must come first and something needs to be done now. Actually something should have been done 10 years ago since this is related to strategy decisions that were taken around a decade ago! The interesting point in that interview is the #DEI concept mentioned by Mr. Poli. Smart observation and spot on on a matter that will have huge safety effects in many fields simply because it does not make any sense. No one talks about it because it is not politically correct! But this guy did and he is right. Kudos to #FabrizioPoli #safetyculture #aviationindustry #strategy #boeing
