< Requirements >
_ Quality Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and statistical process control (SPC).
_ Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues by employing logical thinking, data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action strategies.
_ Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to identify even minor discrepancies, errors, or deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance.
_ Communication and Leadership Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear instructions, and work towards troubleshooting quality concerns. Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members, drive quality improvements, and implement best practices.
_ Quality Management : Familiarity with various quality management systems and tools, such as Total Quality Management , Continuous Improvement Process , and familiarity with software or technology used for managing quality assurance processes.
_ Process Improvement: Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) or PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to systematically enhance quality processes and reduce defects.
_ Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements to ensure products or services meet legal and regulatory guidelines.
_ Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in documenting quality assurance activities, creating reports, maintaining records, and utilizing software tools to track and analyze quality metrics.
_ Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, industry trends, and evolving quality management practices.
