Or is it we are reversing our strategies to pre-pandemic levels? My two pennies, too many Sponsors are clinging to outdated recruitment and engagement methods and neglecting the potential to connect with patients and communities more effectively. This resistance to change is costing skilled professionals their jobs and slowing down critical advancements. We need to reimagine patient recruitment and engagement with a people-forward approach to not just survive, but thrive. What are your thoughts on the future of patient recruitment? How can we adapt to ensure both growth and job security? #PatientEngagement #ClinicalTrials #PatientRecruitment #theCOUCHway
We need a human centric approach to patients in general. I still can’t fathom them ‘is and them’ rhetoric. Patients are people first and foremost. It’s a necessity and not a tick box excercise. I can honestly say I have not seen anything innovative as of late re patient engagement. Had anyone else seen anything that’s really wowed them recently?
Great points, Ash! I think we need to ditch those old-school methods and get more creative with how we engage patients. How about using social media influencers in the healthcare space? Or virtual reality for patient education? Let's innovate to keep moving forward!
Ash R., you hit the nail on the head! "We need to reimagine patient recruitment and engagement with a people-forward approach to not just survive, but thrive. "

3moAgreed Ash! Our patient community wants to be involved in trials but finding opportunities for them is often difficult. Sponsors seem to go back to the same well over and over, which makes me want to scream "hey - look over here!" Happy to discuss innovative ways to encourage change! 🤩
