🔊 It's #womeninconstructionweek!! One of the best weeks in my opinion.. I started staffing for construction companies just a few years ago and some of the women I met along the way gave me a new perspective on the industry. Their RESILIANCE is what really stands out to me. Each journey and experience is different, but hearing that they love what they do and why is my favorite part. Have a conversation with a woman in construction. Learn a new story. Gain a new perspective. Guarantee you'll be impressed! #constructioncareers #womeninconstruction #growthmindset

These are the women building dreams at Aubuchon Homes. Join us as we recognize and celebrate the achievements of women in the construction industry during Women in Construction Week! This year’s theme, Keys to the Future, celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of construction. One question being discussed on a national level this week is how can the construction industry encourage more women to join? A Women in Construction (WIC) survey of 16-25 year old's found that only 13% of women would consider a career in construction. 29% of women thought that construction meant onsite work only, and 45% later said they were more interested in a career in construction after learning about the diverse roles available for women in management. #WomeninConstruction #WomeninConstructionWeek #aubuchonhomes #womeninmanagement #capecoralbuilder #fortmyersbuilder #fortmyersbeachbuilder #BuildingDreamsTogether
