I am celebrating and elevating Paschalina Medentzidou, Namita M Pande & Brandon Barnes who we engaged in our Pathways & Perspectives session today with the Pfizer Digital Rotational Program. We highlighted stories from their career journey and tactics for managing change and driving innovation in our careers. Some highlights from the discussion... 👉🏾 Build reflection time into your schedule. Identify what is and is not working plus how you can continually improve and evolve. Focus on what you can control. 👉🏾 A positive attitude and strong EQ can unlock opportunities and new connections. 👉🏾 Don’t be afraid of failure – explore it and learn from it. 👉🏾 Evaluate change from others’ perspectives. When helping others explore and adapt to change, lead with how it adds value in their work and growth. 👉🏾 Even in projects that don’t align with our top interests, we can be strengthening transferrable skills to use in the next opportunity. 👉🏾 Balance short and long term planning and be intentional with the choices you are making in line with your goals, interests, and strengths. Ask for what you want and need to grow. Special thanks to Tasha Caballero, Kristen Perrault Francis & Rasheedah Collins for their leadership in making these sessions possible for early career talent. #mentorship #careerdevelopment #leadership #changemanagement #innovation #earlycareer #coaching #HR #HRCommunity #talentdevelopment

Global Omnichannel Operations Lead | Speaker at Dreamforce 2024 & Next Pharma Summit | 2nd place in Top Pharma Voice of the Congress l 📍Maastricht, Netherlands🇳🇱
As I start my summer vacation, I am filled with gratitude for the chance to see María Soledad Sepúlveda again here in 🇨🇭(Since last year, both of us have been living in Europe) She has been a great leader and a guiding light in my career at #Pharma. One of the best things about having worked at #Pfizer was the lasting friendships I've made 🩵 When I was nearly 24, I was working in the Regulatory area; Sole noticed something in me. She believed in my potential and invited me to join her team in Marketing (in the digital marketing area) . That moment, 8 years ago, started a journey that changed my life 🫶 Today, as I look back, I am deeply thankful. Sole didn't just give me a job; she gave me the courage to dream bigger and the tools to achieve those dreams. Her mentorship has been priceless, offering me guidance, support, and the occasional push when I needed it most (Especially when I made the decision to leave Pfizer and join my current company Grünenthal Group for new and ATOMIC challenges) #Leadership is more than just leading a team; it’s about inspiring and nurturing those around you. Today, I am very thankful for Sole and all the great leaders I have met (I've been fortunate to have incredible bosses 🍀 ) . They have taught me that believing in someone can ignite a spark that changes not just careers, but lives. As I enjoy my summer vacation, I carry with me the lessons and gratitude for those who have helped shape my journey , and that have taught me to be and continue being a leader♥️ #Leadership #LeadershipDevelopment #LeadershipSkills #LeadershipTips #LeadershipMatters #Inspiration #InspirationalLeadership #InspireOthers #InspiringLeaders #InspirationDaily #Motivation #MotivationalLeadership #InspireToLead #LeadershipJourney #LeadAndInspire #pfizer #grunenthal #career #mentorship #mentor #pharma #pharmaceutical #omnichannel #digitalMarketing

Founder of Bloom | Leadership | Culture | Wellness | Authenticity | On a mission to create a world where we get to be all of who we are
🫡 Pro tip from a former Chief People Officer 🫡 Need to get a People project done that's going to engulf you and your team...? Yep, you know, that one that you are procrastinating over, that rolls over month to month...? Get some of the wider team involved. At bp Launchpad, we had what we called 'Rocket Booster Challenges' where the whole team would work on something, over a little food for a few hours. It was PERFECT for multiple reasons: 1. Great culture building and antidote to silos because everyone rallied around something 2. We all learn more about each others roles by mucking in 3. With People projects, everyone feels more invested in the outcome - yes, they really do! 4. You don't tie yourself yourself in perfectionist knots trying to get something done So just think, all those new role profiles that you need to write, or that job levelling framework... or even company values! We did ours that way, a workshop I have since used over and over again with my company clients. You are welcome ❤️🔥

Yesterday, I started my 7th year as General Manager at Novo Nordisk Belux. One of the many elements I like about our company is the #opportunities we get to work on our #development . 2023 was a year with new #challenges and in a fast changing environment, it is important that we continue our #learning journey. For myself, I got the opportunity to develop my digital knowledge with a digital acumen training by IMD. I also participated at our fantastic NNX #leadership program, focusing on 4 principles for growth. These 4 themes cover topics like #empowerment , making clear choices, time as an ultimate currency and leadership over processes. In a fast growing company and changing environment, these will guide us to keep the right focus. Finally I felt encouraged to work on my own personal leadership with self-reflection on my beliefs, choices and behaviours. Developing my personal #purpose was a very meaningful journey together with Leen Lambrechts-Noël - MCC, Accredited Coach Supervisor and I'm happy to share my personal purpose: "Inspiring respectful living through connection". Only 5 words but each word reflects how I try to live my professional and private life. In a nutshell, 2023 was challenging, inspiring, learning, connecting and so much more. Wishing you all the best for a healthy and successful 2024! #nnbelux #novonordisk #drivingchange

This post marks a significant milestone in my career – my one-year anniversary at Takeda! 🎉 The past year has been extraordinarily enriching. I'm amazed by how much I've learned, the numerous connections I've built, and the impact I've witnessed and contributed to every day. I'm grateful for an incredible team that made all this possible. Thanks to Amit Mohindra's mentorship and Laney Mathias's camaraderie, the year has flown by seamlessly. Being part of a strong, women-led team under Takako Ohyabu's leadership has inspired me in countless ways. Some key things I’ve learnt - 1. Owning and Managing an Internal Product: Serving as the Product Manager for an internal data aggregation tool has been a thrilling adventure. It’s about mastering the balance between operational smoothness, stakeholder engagement, and innovative marketing strategies – every day is a new learning opportunity. 2. Presenting: Over the past year, I’ve trained and presented to over 600+ people worldwide. Crafting impactful Learning & Development content is challenging! It requires adapting to different audiences, ensuring the language and nuances match the audience's understanding and pace. 3. Change management is everything: I've learned that success is intricately linked to the quality of your change management strategy. Investing time in thoughtful planning—norming and forming—yields far greater dividends than reactionary, hastily made decisions. 4. Asking for Help: It’s key to recognize when to pause and seek guidance. This not only makes sure you have everything set up for success but also helps connect dots and build a strong internal network. 5. Continuous learning: Being eager to learn has been fundamental to my journey. However, my definition of learning grew. It is not just formal learning, but rather also learning about the business and people relationships that make up our everyday. This captures the highlights, but there is SO much more that has gone into this journey and I'm excited to see what the next year has in store for me! #TeamTakeda

Be kind to the people on your way up in life, you'll meet the same people on the way down. – These words from our speaker, Vivek Atray, during our first event really hit home. On 1st October, we officially launched Dhriti with our first-ever session, and what an incredible start it was! From the energy in the room to the powerful conversation on how to handle failure, it felt like we were starting something much bigger than just an event. As someone who has organized many events in the past, I’ve seen how important these moments of learning can be, but I also know they’re often limited to a select few. With Dhriti, we want to make sure that students—whether in school, college, or even post-grad—get the chance to learn, grow, and connect with real stories and real leaders. The turnout, the engagement, and the conversations during the session were a reminder of why we started Dhriti in the first place—to create a space where everyone can access the kind of insights that truly matter. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to share what we have lined up next! Team Dhriti, we did it 😍

This week, we celebrated an important event at Boehringer Ingelheim - the Value Through Innovation (VTI) Day. This special day is celebrated by over 53.000 colleagues world wide, and of course, the whole MIDI region with its diverse countries joined in. The theme was 'Leading the Way', a powerful reminder of a commitment to innovation and growth. While being on the podium together with other leaders, I had the opportunity to share a personal story, a story about embracing lifelong learning and the courage to try something new, a story that I believe embodies the essence of our theme. This story, though personal, carries a universal message. Learning is not just about acquiring new knowledge. It's about the process. It's about embracing challenges, persevering through difficulties, and coming out stronger on the other side. It's about daring to step out of our comfort zones and venture into the unknown. Innovation, much like learning, is a process. It requires a growth mindset - the belief that everyone can learn and grow through dedication and hard work. It's about seeing challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and learning. There is so much power in lifelong learning and a growth mindset! Let's all dare to try something new, to push our boundaries, and to embrace the process of innovation. #Innovation #lifelonglearning #growthmindset #leadership #value Dana Leskova Bjoern Lutze Rick Butson Mogana S.
