I want to hire the BEST Senior Estimator in the U.S. You’ll live and work in San Diego. Projects will consist of intricate facade scopes right through to the top end unitized curtain walls. You will be building upon solid relationships with California General Contractors and developing new ones too. Mentoring more junior team mates will be crucial. You’re either a recognized leader already or show the traits to become one. Non negotiables (I hate this but I do have them) 1) You must be open minded and curious. Learning never stops. I’m not here to sell anything to anyone. I’m here to provide candidates the information they need in order to help them make the right decision for them and their families.
