More can always be achieved with a TEAM.

If you are assigned to a #team, or just want to create a team atmosphere at work, the first thing you should do is establish shared #clarity about what the team was formed to do. #Teambuilding starts with clarifying the reason for the team. #It_does_not_start_with_getting_people_to_like_each_other_better. The task itself, not the people performing the task, is the reason for the team.
