Fantastic video CashKaro.com Team! :) On #womensday2024 let's continue to #breakthebias When it comes to #hiring or #retaining or #training or #promoting any #humancapital, it must be #conciously through #CompetencyMapping and never through our #SubConcious conditioned #perceptions about Gender specific role. It's all about #willingness to do the job and having ability to learn and perform as per #skills needed. Let's say 'No' to 'Gender-Biased' Hiring. Be it a on-field role or a leadership role, a human brain can be trained to learn the skill, irrespective of any gender. This is just one part of #diversityequityandinclusion :) So, let's #breakthebias. I will always be greatful that I have come across many #unbiased people in my personal & professional environment and hence could manage below - - #She can't do a sales job - "Worked as Insurance Agent during my Graduation Days for 2 years and was awarded best Insurance Agent for North India by Zonal end" - It's not recommended for #her to work at night shifts ! - "Be it Night Sales Visit at BPOs back in 2005 and picking up bulk sales cases or International Recruitment for APAC region". - #She can't be so vocal about her opinions - #She has so many household responsibilities, will not be able to perform! - "Infact, this teaches one to learn multi-tasking" - #She's not married, hence can pay her lower salary as might not have financial responsibilities! - "Financial responsibilites are NOT linked to being married or not, but your personal expereinces. Right?" - #She can't manage Campus and Sales Volume Hiring, as it requires lots of travel! "Did this multiple times, with cross location travelling." - #She can't drive well or park parallel because she is a female! - "Driving is my passion, favorite more than daimonds or gold." - #She stays alone, so would not understand criticality of managing people! - "Infact nobody better to deal with people, they DO know the importance. I am sure COVID did teach each of of us this." - #She is going through issues at home, might not be able to perform! "We all go through once in a while, trust me this just makes a woman stronger yet compassionate. Isn't that beautiful?" - #She can't deal with blue collar staff as HR, we need a male for that! "It's simple, it's about dealing with people and not gender." - #She might not be able to deal with Legal / Labour Commissioner, a male is more suitable! "Was lucky to deal with it and on the contrary the Govt. Authorities still took seriously ONLY if you are serious, genuine & committed about discussion points." - #She got successful because she is a female OR #She failed because she is a female! "So, yes I have both failed & succeeded in my career journey, we all have right? And that's what life is.. full of expereinces!!" #Celebrating all those people who helped and supported my journey to #breakthebias mentioned above! #ThinkWomen
