I love this topic, thank you for bringing it up. “Tough times and challenges” how to respond, from my personal experience how I view a challenging situation is not as negative and therefore difficult. I see a challenging situation as a messenger indicating where improvement and attention should be focused on. Having a healthy mindset is crucial to acting like a buffalo. I very much enjoy discovering a root cause that generates challenging situations, because fixing it is a passion. Not only in my work life, also in my private life. This way of interpreting and looking at challenges has brought me much growth, positivity, happiness, satisfaction, healing, and many more positive synonyms 😄. Happy Friday everyone!

I've always been fascinated by this from a zoological perspective. If cows can sense storms, like buffalo, can they be taught to head into the storm as well? What makes them afraid and want to run away from it?

Beautiful analogy!!! Makes me think When to respond and how to respond in tough times. It is like when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
