#Therapy and #SelfImprovement use cases for #AI are both what initially sparked my and insatiable excitement and deep dive into AI #applications. From using AI and virtual reality to to be your own Freud (contact me if you're interested in learning more about this!), to now using it as a time traveling device to get advice from your future self, there are many incredibly useful, Innovative and intricate interwoven use cases that are now being developed and integrated together. Combined and developed ffiether, these use case implementation increasingly become an incredible force for disadvantaged communities and people who struggle with neurodevelopmental disorders like #ADHD and #Autism. (#October is #ADHDAwarenessMonth!) Those who struggle with these disorders also typically also lack strong #supportnetworks or #resources. By finding new, inspiring and Innovative #usecases like this, I imagine that the threat of #AIapocalypse becomes overshadowed by the promise of AI upliftment, especially for the #disadvantaged. What are the most Innovative use cases or combination of use cases that you found to help guide you into a better future version that might better guide you as you move along towards that version of yourself? It was good to speak to an inspiring group of young individuals at the recent webinar on November 26, 2024, titled "AI: Its Vastness and Its Positive and Negative Impacts on the Mental Health and Creative Thinking of Youth." This event was a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the complexities of artificial intelligence and explore its multifaceted effects on the next generation. We discussed everything from AI's potential to enhance learning and creativity to the challenges it poses to mental well-being. I’m not 100% sure yet and this is why I grabbed a Rabbit R1. I want to test it and see what it can and can’t do. Can it help me understand the context of a message or a response I’ve received? Or could it help explain why something looks the way it does?
