Managing your meetings :You should never have anyone at a meeting or workshop that will be unable to positively contribute to the session. Be purposeful in your invitations, understand the purpose of the meeting and the desired outcome. Order your catering according to pre determined dietary preferences, nothing fussy that will be awkward to eat comfortably. Ensure that your audio visual equipment has been checked and tested ahead of time to ensure that the full meeting time is used for the purpose it has been intended and not wasted with less than perfect equipment.

In event planning, handling everything on the event day can be overwhelming. It's important to sort out details beforehand to avoid any mess. Here are five important tasks I assign to my team to make sure everything goes smoothly: 1. Guest Check-In: Welcoming and checking in guests. 2. Catering: Making sure food and drinks are set up and dietary needs are met. 3. Audio-Visual Setup: Managing all technical equipment and presentations. 4.Decor and Setup: Setting up and decorating the venue as planned. 5. Logistics: Coordinating the arrival and setup of all necessary equipment and materials.
