An understated resource of the healthcare revenue puzzle is Allied Health. Allied helps support the potential of discovering illnesses sooner to begin treatment, and uncovering more surgical options for patients. These two discoveries lead to revenue generating powerhouses. And with lower rates to bring these clinicians on, less credentialing needed to onboard, and a higher ROI per capita, I like to share this as an alternative solution with my facility partners. Average generated revenue for the top producing tech positions during 13 week assignments are: MRI Tech: $120k+ Rad Tech (General): $160k+ CT Tech: $115k+ Other positions relevant to support this ideology are EKG techs, Cath Lab Techs, and Phlebotomists.
