Consider this: How can we reframe conversations around disability from a “limitation” narrative to one that centers around support, inclusion, and flexibility? As we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month #NDEAM, I reflect to last year when we hosted an event at the Triangle Rock Club, to highlight how anything is possible with the right accommodations, and how inclusive workplaces can unlock the full potential of people with disabilities!   Attracting top talent means recognizing that diversity drives innovation, but many talented folks with disabilities face unnecessary barriers in the workplace. That’s why it’s important to develop a clear accommodations strategy because it will lead to: Greater creativity and fresh perspectives! More engagement and productivity! And tons of great talent! Our founders, Joyce Bender and Andrew Houghton, will both be attending the Disability:IN Global Conference & Expo in Las Vegas this month.
