People, lets have a look.
I spent a super afternoon on the 30th December at the Leicester Riders photographing people.
Leicester Riders are the longest established professional basket ball team in the country, that is heritage and experience so for a very long time, people have been turning up and paying to watch.
You see, that connection right there, people will pay to watch so they are both emotionally and financially invested. Why?
Many people like sport, many watch, many pay to watch because there is that sense of belonging to something bigger, being part of a team, supporting a team because when they win, everyone feels better.
Leicester Riders have many supporters and many companies who sponsor at various levels, all of which supports the team to be able to be the best it can.
Robert Paternostro has been head coach for 15 years, that is a huge investment by him, true dedication and this also generates a feeling of family because he has dedicated himself to the team, so others feel they can do the same, Rob is a great example of team work.
I photographed Miryne Thomas as he gave a post match debrief to the sponsors, a lovely way of saying thank you and he is a delight to listen to, so enthusiastic!
People love recognition and being part of something that makes them feel good. If your business aspires to do that, let's have a chat as there are lots of things we can do to help, if you are already doing it, there are lots of things we can do to add more value, either way lets have a chat!
