Attention folks, this is NOT an April fools joke! Google is rolling out TODAY the latest IAB policy update that'll redefine in-stream demand terminology. Here are the bottom lines: - “In-stream" now exclusively refers to video players whose content is directly tied to the page's primary content. - All other in-stream demand will be dubbed "accompanying content." - This means no more auto play on in-stream players = Lower fill rates BUT higher CPMs. - Google demand will likely be most affected. Fear not!
