Stanley Druckenmiller's Duquesne Family Office made a notable move by significantly increasing its exposure to small caps, with 15% of his portfolio allocated to call options on the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM). This strategic shift is noteworthy given the recent market dynamics. Over the last week the Magnificent Seven's market cap has dropped by $349 billion, while the Russell 2000's market cap increased by $324 billion.
