We are basically at the point of no return. We KNOW TOO MUCH about the many issues that could affect RISK ... and we call that Due_Diligence....... 2. Data access and affordability have made #Due_Diligence as a RESULT #OBSOLETE. It remains an essential and licensed-managed TASK and practice, duty, and experience. 3. #Do_Diligence is completely in our means, powers, and resources. #KeyBridge - FAILURE = #Due_Diligence #KeyBridge - Reconstruction - and Future Management - #Do_Diligence #COPLER: Dis-Assemble the Heap_Leach that got too big, or Nature will do it for you, and it will cost you way more than a gulp of pride and practice, and setting about the work..... #BRUMADINHO - out of respect to the over 200 lost, ... don't get me started...... 4. At AssetAssurance Monitoring .. we create and apply decision supporting analytics we refer to as #IRD and #DRD - #Ingestion_Ready_Data, and #Digestion_Ready_Data .. results of #Earth_Monitoring practices... not #Earth_Observation. 📍If you're using our Platform and Valuations workflow for NZ, you can now see underlying ‘title’ areas, per their certificate of title. Previously, a custom farm area was only calculated based on the geospatial coverage of the custom farm boundary. These perimeters were defined by the user when building the farm on the Platform. So, how does it work now? This upgrade from DAS now utilises New Zealand’s title data to sum the area of all the underlying Titles, saving appraisers time when valuing multiple properties. This is good news for those in the NZ appraisal industry, who are primarily interested in the total Title area by understanding what was legally sold. Want to get started?
