"Guns among items stolen from vehicles in North Philadelphia car break-ins" (https://lnkd.in/eGfuPK9V) The number one target for all car break-in thieves is ... guns! I can personally attest to interviewing car break-in suspects and their admission that they are looking for guns and anything else is secondary. Law Enforcement departments all over the United States have done everything short of pleading for citizens not to leave weapons in their car with no avail. Most of these guns stolen from vehicles are transferred several times and end up in violent crimes. It's time to act at the first crime committed to obtain these guns ... the car break-in. Join the departments throughout the United States that are using the Assisted Patrol device to arrest and gain successful convictions. Our device is like no other device. Real time notification to multiple officers, photos, video, and highly accurate GPS the whole time the suspect is unaware. Give your department that provides you a total package from notification, to arrest, to easily downloadable reports, to prosecution! It's time for Assisted Patrol. https://lnkd.in/e6rRT7Dx

TRUMP ASSINATION ATTEMPT - TIMELINE (part 2) Law enforcement “loses track” of Crooks. At some point around this time, Crooks uses an air conditioning unit (or ladder) to climb onto the gently-sloped roof of the building with the local police snipers inside. The building has a direct line of sight to Donald Trump’s podium and is only 133 yards away. 6:02pm: Trump takes the stage. People in the crowd tell officers that a suspicious man has climbed to the roof of the building. Over the course of several minutes, additional people begin alerting police and pointing to Crooks on the roof. 6:11pm: (12 seconds before the shooting) A police officer walks around the building. People start to run away. An armed police officer climbs on the roof to confront Crooks but loses his grip or lets go when Crooks turns toward him. (11 seconds before the shooting) Secret Service “acquires target” but does not shoot. (5 seconds before the shooting) More people yell about the man on the roof with a gun. (4 seconds before the shooting) More people spot the shooter and yell “Right here!” Crooks fires at Trump and continues shooting. It’s been well over an hour (1 whole hour / 60 minutes) since Crooks was first identified on site as a suspicious person. As the above timeline reveals, the Secret Service’s gross mishandling of the suspicious person was an astonishing aggregation of failures that eerily resembles the aggregation of failures to manage the obvious fire hazard that ultimately incinerated the entire seaside town of Lahaina, Maui. In both instances, one is strongly drawn to the conclusion that certain authorities in charge did NOT care about Lahaina nor did they care about Donald Trump. Otherwise they would have taken obvious practical measures to prevent these incidents from happening. © 2024 Peter McCullough MD MPH 548 Market Street PMB 72296, San Francisco, CA 94104

We have something new and need your help! GPD Introduces the "Save-A-Casing" Program. The Greensboro Police Department is introducing a new voluntary program called “Save-A-Casing,” which encourages gun owners to keep two shell casings from each of their legally-owned firearms. The casings will be entered into the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) for continuous comparison against other evidentiary casings and known test-fire casings. The process will help establish continued use/activity of the lost/stolen firearm and ultimately provide critical investigative information at the local, state and national levels. Interested residents can stop by any police substation to pick up an information envelope to keep two casings per firearm in a secure location in their residence. Information to list on the envelope includes: owner’s name, address, firearm type, serial number and purchase information. The resident will then secure the casings within the envelope, and store the envelope in their home. In the event a firearm is lost or stolen, the resident can call to file a report and notify law enforcement that they have a “Save-A-Casing” envelope to submit.

Leadership & Wellness Trainer | Business Owner | Motivational Speaker | Retired Law Enforcement Officer | "Mindset. Wellness. Retention."
This is great stuff from Chesapeake Police Department in partnership with Flock Safety 👍 The system is a phenomenal force multiplier for law enforcement agencies. Now is the time to leverage that technology not only in enforcement efforts, but in recruitment and retention. The use of advanced technology makes cops' jobs easier, more productive, and quite frankly it's a different kind of fun chase that the old school LEOs weren't used to. When I brought the first Flock Safety ALPRs to Virginia in 2019, no one believed it would work. Garrett Langley had developed and absolutely ingenious product that would indefinitely change the way law enforcement agencies investigate crimes. There was push-back, criticism, and refusal to adapt. Within two weeks of active notifications, I recovered a $450k class A motorhome in Suffolk that had been stolen from Arizona and was being rented out for vacations by a criminal in Portsmouth. Today, there are literally hundreds of cameras in Virginia solving crimes 24/7. Mission-focused Flock Safety employees like Mike Venable and Rich McElwain were pivotal in the statewide implementation. If only Virginia Department of Transportation would concede to allowing the devices within the right-of-way throughout the major highways, there could be even greater success in locating Amber Alert and Silver Alert vehicles in addition to thwarting the criminal element. Today's generation of law enforcement officers are tech-driven, immediate satisfaction kind of people. It's time to take your recruitment and retention efforts to the next level. It's time to be deliberate with your intentions. Leverage state-of-the-art technology and innovative thought with Business Concepts in Public Safety Recruiting by 38 Seconds Coaching! Bank Mental Health Support Worker at P3 | Third-Year Criminology Student Seeking Practical Experience in the Crime Field
This video depicting police brutality towards a man is disgraceful and highlights a severe abuse of power. These actions undermine public trust and safety. However, this tragic incident of police brutality isn't an isolated case. The harrowing story of Sarah Everard, who was murdered by a serving police officer, shocked the world and highlighted the serious systemic issues within law enforcement. It's absolutely devastating that such individuals, who should protect the public, instead abuse their power. This pattern of misconduct underscores the urgent need for reform within the policing system. We must hold these perpetrators accountable and implement stricter measures to prevent such abuses and restore public trust. This is not just a legal issue but a moral one; accountability and change are essential. #PoliceBrutality #JusticeForVictims #SystemicReform #Accountability #EndAbuseOfPower #ProtectTheVulnerable #PublicSafety #HumanRights
