Association for Dementia Studies UoW’s Post

In this video from our Get Real project we talk about the role that links with health and social care services and the dementia care pathway can play in the long-term sustainability of a Meeting Centre. #GetRealStudy #referrals https://lnkd.in/eGpxTDk4

  • Image showing a still from the video, with Ruby Swift talking in front of pull-up banners relating to the project in the top left corner, a diagram about third sector organisations in the bottom right corner, and related text in the other two corners such as third sector organisations acting as referrers or helping to forge links between services and community support. Mainly for decoration and to give an indication of what the video looks like

Thanks for sharing Graham, really interesting, clear information on the role of meeting centres. Won’t it be wonderful when all meeting centres in Scotland are like any local place based community centre in a town? embedded in their communities and recognised and understood for what they can offer by all ages. It’s all our responsibility to share in a future like this
