Don't get into Salesforce, it's not worth it... That type of sentiment drives me crazy especially when it's coming from people who don't realize how good they have it. I wish Salesforce professionals could all take a moment like the person in this screenshot 👇 and realize we've got it really really good. Let's not count others out, let's help solution a plan to help them. This year we have already launched the free Trailblazer Mentorship Platform with 160 Mentees already accepted and starting next week a partnership with Salesforce to get 70-100 individuals into paid internships. All while seeing 100+ members land actual jobs. These are just 2 examples of putting energy into innovating to help instead of guiding others away from their dreams.

Linked in Family❤️ The year is starting off fine and I am so sure that it would definitely finish off awesome My quest and goals are to become a better designer and get more internships and job opportunities after getting so many love letters from several companies last year . Accenture has presented me with the amazing opportunity of foraging. Forage is a platform that provides students and trainees with virtual work experience programs that give product designers like me the opportunity to learn career skills from Fortune 500 companies. The program is self-paced, exposes you to many different work tasks, and allows you to develop practical skills. This was my first virtual experience, and I am excited to participate in more in the future. This one, in particular, was provided by forage and is completely free. I received my first certificate of completion with Accenture North America Product Design virtual experience program on Forage  I completed a simulation focused on how the Product Design team can transform a user's experience I added a new feature and iterated on an existing product screen Communicated the decisions made for the feature design The program exposed me to many different skills, such as RATIONALE, CRITICAL THINKING, PRODUCT THINKING, AND MORE! Several helpful resume and interview tips were also shared. Not just that, it has also been helpful in my daily design challenge, for which I will post some of the work done later ! Today, Laura Puc, a graduate of the CSS Internship Programme, is sharing her thoughts and experiences about working at Carlsberg Shared Services. 🔹Why did you decide to join CSS? Encouraged by positive feedback from friends and many university peers who completed internships there, I decided to give it a try. I lacked work experience back then, but CSS's Internship Programme provided a perfect entry point into the corporate world. I can't imagine where else I would have been able to learn and apply so many new things. 🔹Why did you choose your team? At the university, I somehow intuitively understood that analytics makes me excited. Controlling is a vast area of finance, and I knew I could develop analytical skills from many perspectives. Here, you face many challenging situations and engage in projects in various fields. 🔹The brightest work-related memory of the year? I had the opportunity to take over new markets within my role, which allowed me to learn from the bottom and establish my approach to working with them. Besides, it was really thrilling to have my first meetings with local markets, where I had a chance to run meetings with managers and discuss issues we had back then. 🔹The most positive association with the company? Friendly atmosphere, helpful and open-minded people, many possibilities to develop, making the most incredible work friendships, and unforgettable events! 🔹What advice would you give to newcomers or candidates who want to get a job at CSS? The most important thing is not to be afraid of the unknown.
