I see plenty of posts like this stating the obvious. What I don't see posted is evidence that all the madness directed at candidates actually leads to better hires. Instead I am told stories of good people dropping out of the interview process if they think it is too disrespectful of their time. I've done this too. #interviewing #jobsearching #hiringprocess
