VIC - we actually DO have a crystal ball and will only ever charge one free to rule them all and in the darkness bind them … except this means that we don’t properly cost our services and will have to overload our staff as a result…and then you’ll leave … for the promise of cheaper pricing and better servicing … which is definitely a paradox … yeh, we should really re-think this . . . Delivering strata management is delivering a specialist service. Price and charge accordingly. To my Victorian industry colleagues, regardless of what you think of me and my “crusade” of posts, please, PLEASE, P-L-E-A-S-E move into the space of Professional Services charging. I, you, we … we’re really good at what we do. We have to stop doing it for free. No need to be the most expensive as a rule.
