Are you tired of clients who don’t value your time or effort? Here are two reasons this might be happening - and how you can fix it: 1️⃣ You’re charging too little. When clients don’t invest enough, they don’t feel the same level of commitment. Solution? Raise your prices and add more value to your offers. 2️⃣ No guarantee in place. A guarantee with clear requirements encourages clients to show up and put in the work. They’ll commit to the process, and you’ll enjoy working with people who take results seriously. ✨ Better pricing + a results-focused guarantee = Committed clients and less frustration. Why most people never make it in business and how you can be the exception. Building a business is EXTREMELY frontloaded. A website. An email list. A lead magnet. All of that stuff is a lot of effort. You do it now, and you will use those months or years down the line. It is similar to any skill in real life. Walking? You kissed the floor thousands of times before you learned to walk. You paid the price early, so you could benefit later. Here’s the weird part… Everybody knows how to walk! Isn’t this amazing? You don’t see people randomly falling over. So why do most people fail at building a business? Because they give up at the ‘learning to walk’ stage. Pay the price now. Do the work now. Struggle now. It WILL pay off soon. Don’t get off the ride until it’s done. P.S.: If you liked this tweet, you will also like these: omresults.com/#blog

Everyone is responsible for the outcome of our work. There's no sale without strategy. There's no service without strategy. Every effort, ours and the client's, needs to be aligned to truly move the needle. The more we understand this, the entire process becomes transparent and clear. It's about actively seeking positive outcomes, delivering the best for each job. It's about listening, remedying, and converging towards the direction we believe to be right for the client's prosperity. Success for us is about creating relationships to work in tandem with the client and together achieve beneficial results for all.

7 Things Your Clients Won't Tell You (but you need to know!) 🚨 Understanding the unspoken expectations of clients is crucial for success. Here's what they're thinking but not saying: 1/ They're Always Watching Your Response Time ↳ Even quick "got it" messages matter more than you think ↳ Delayed responses make them question their importance 2/ They Want to Feel Like Your Only Client ↳ Nobody wants to feel like "just another project" ↳ They notice when you mix up details between clients 3/ They Value Proactiveness Over Reactiveness ↳ Don't wait for them to chase you for updates ↳ They love when you anticipate and solve problems before they arise 4/ They Expect You to Understand Their Industry ↳ It's not enough to just deliver your service ↳ They want you to speak their language and understand their challenges 5/ They Remember Every Promise ↳ Even casual mentions of "I'll look into that" are taken as commitments ↳ Over-deliver rather than over-promise 6/ They Share Experiences With Other Clients ↳ Your reputation spreads through word-of-mouth ↳ How you handle difficulties matters more than successes 7/ They Want Partnership, Not Just Service ↳ They're looking for someone who's invested in their success ↳ Show genuine interest in their long-term growth 🚨 Final word: Understanding these unspoken expectations sets you apart from competitors. You only need 2 things for more people to say “yes” to working with you: 1. A high perceived likelihood of success 2. A low perceived risk to working with you Solving #1 is easy…show more social proof. Case studies, testimonials, content, etc And despite the lead up, solving #2 is pretty simple too… Because there are only 3 ways to reverse the risk of working with you. You can… a) Work on a performance basis b) Guarantee a result with a contractual full refund c) Work for free until you see results So go interview your best clients and a risk reversal to your offer

I’ll never forget losing my first major client. I assumed everything was fine because they were happy with the work I was delivering. But when the company brought in a new VP of Marketing, she let go of all contractors... including me. Why? I didn’t have a contract in place. I was devastated. It felt like all my hard work had been for nothing. But that failure taught me one of the most valuable lessons in business—always protect your work and your time. I picked myself up, revamped my processes, and made sure every client moving forward signed a clear, professional agreement. That failure wasn’t the end... it was the foundation for the business I have today. What’s one failure that taught you a lesson you’ll never forget? Share it in the comments—I’d love to hear your story.

Want to get the most out of your teams? It's simple - pay them. Putting your team in control of their own income generation is the smartest and fastest way you can grow. People inherently want to help, want to succeed and aim to do a good job, but they all need to make a living. By removing the cap on the money your teams can make, you remove the mentality of “there’s no reason to work any harder and make the same amount.” So, make sure you're compensating your team fairly for their hard work. Remember, your team's success is your success. Invest in them and watch your business thrive.

Ever had one bad client interaction and thought, "This is it, my business is over?" You're not alone. In business, it's so easy to let small setbacks feel monumental. I’ve been there—overthinking one bad review or a pushy sales conversation that didn’t land. It can feel like the sky is falling. But here's the reality: getting stuck in those moments can hold you back. Worrying about every single misstep is draining and unproductive. If you let these small issues consume you, they could stop you from making real progress. In business (and in life), it's easy to overestimate the impact of small issues. The key is to keep moving forward and not let them derail your bigger picture. How do you handle setbacks in your business? Do you let them linger, or do you move on?
