Digital Transformation Leader @ Formula2GX Digital | Strategic Consulting, Tech & Innovation, Training
When I first encountered Leo Rogers, there was an unmistakable spark in his eyes, a burning desire to carve out a distinct path in the vast landscape of life. Solace, his brainchild design agency, stands as a testament to this ambition and I was happy to support him. It's a unique gem in the realm of user experience agencies, a realm I'm intimately familiar with after steering numerous global brands to success. Solace, despite its relatively brief existence, has already left an indelible mark across the globe, successfully delivering over 100 projects in 12 different countries. Their work has not just met expectations but has been a catalyst for transformation. Companies, buoyed by the innovative designs crafted by the Solace team, have gone on to secure millions in capital. It's a clear indication of the potent impact of their work. If your quest is for a design agency that not only offers consultative expertise but also prides itself on a value-driven approach and competitive pricing, look no further. Solace is the epitome of these qualities. I urge you to explore what they have to offer. The difference they bring to the table is not just seen but felt, marking a before and after in the perception of what a user experience agency can achieve. We at Formula2GX Transformation & Innovation Boutique continue to support such amazing companies and founders who dare to not only think differently but also work unbelievably sharper than others.
We are pleased to welcome Mayur (Mac) Karlekar to the Board Of Directors at Solace. The confidence Mac Karlekar has placed in our mission underscores the promising path ahead for our company. Formula2GX Transformation & Innovation Boutique investment into Solace from the early days has been one of the catalysts for our growth to date. Securing Mac's expertise and guidance on our leadership team positions us for remarkable growth. Mac believed in me when others didn't, and for that, I will always have gratitude.

Being a CEO is a full-time job, in the truest sense. The challenge is not always to be successful as a CEO, but also to dedicate time to learning, and to spend time with your loved ones. How can you cover it all when you travel more than 250 days per year traveling around the world? Ivan Tornos, Zimmer Biomet's CEO illustrates us with this masterclass about critical topics to become a top executive. As he claims, nothing comes without discipline: ✍ The impact of an international career on the overall success as an executive. ✍ The role of a mentor and a sponsor in the progression and the management style. ✍ Lifelong learning is a critical part of the journey ✍ How to navigate the transition from a COO to a CEO role? ✍ When should a CEO start the succession planning? ✍ How do you get time for your family and your loved ones ✍ The understanding of the importance of leaving a legacy to future generations. ✍ A top piece of advice to the leaders of tomorrow. Thank you Ivan for inspiring so many. It is great to see a Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo alumni managing the future of health care and wellbeing. It's an honor to have you on the B&B Executive Leadership YouTube Channel, this will always be your home. I don't often post on LinkedIn, so some people contacted me in surprise when they heard this announcement. 😅 Since today is my last official meeting day with the ministry, I'd like to share the story behind this decision. A month ago, I made an update in my blog (https://lnkd.in/gF57D-XZ) announcing the transition for the CTO role since I want to focus on my health journey personally. In short, I have long COVID for more than a year now, which affects my vestibular nerves and manifests as intense whole-day vertigo. It was pretty debilitating for the first half year or so, where I could not walk straight and often needed assistance or frequent rests in my mobility. These health issues are the primary driver behind my decision to step down from the CTO role. I'm beyond thrilled that we can implement a succession plan for Muhammad Ghifary as our new CTO. The mission for Indonesia continues, and I am confident that GovTech Edu as a pioneering tech organization is in good hands. 🖖🏼 Thanks to the time allowed by this transition, I can focus on my health, start thrice-weekly fitness sessions, start a couple of other treatments, stimulate my nerve regrowth, and officially reduce some other health symptoms from severe to moderate. Things are tracking in the right direction, and the vertigo now only occurs once or twice a day, so I'm hoping to make a full recovery by the end of the year. 📈 As for what I plan to do next, I consider this period as my sabbatical. There are ideas here and there, there are stealth startups that I intend to angel-invest my time and funds in, and there are people I love to meet and learn from. 😇 I'm a builder at heart. During my career, I've been lucky to build two incredible multi-million MAU tech organizations, and I'm always looking for more value that we can build and deliver for our users, so I don't think this sabbatical will last long. Onwards to the next journey, the third time's a charm. 🚀
As we bid farewell to Ibrahim Arief, our esteemed Chief Technology Officer, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude. Ibam’s visionary leadership and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in guiding us to where we stand today. He has not only led with expertise, but also inspired innovation and growth across our technology landscape. We wish Ibam nothing but success and fulfillment in his future endeavors. As he embarks on this new chapter, we know he will continue to achieve great things!

Sinto recently had a productive weekend at our Board of Directors meeting, filled with key discussions and exciting updates. Atsushi Nagai, President of Sintokogio, met with Mike Minelli, the new CEO of BEET, along with other leaders from both companies. After an early morning arrival in Detroit, the teams convened at a café before heading to Grand Ledge for the Sinto America board meeting. Attendees included Atsushi Nagai, Mike Minelli, David Wang (CTO BEET LLC), Michael Halsband (CEO Sinto America Inc.), Kenichi Furuya (General Manager Sinto International Operations), and Seichi Nishihama (Sinto International Operations). Mike Minelli shared BEET’s new marketing strategy as well as its new products BEET Bot and BEET Core 5.0. We discussed the partnership between BEET and Sinto and how BEET could support Sinto in offering products suitable for the Japanese market. The meeting was important for both leadership teams not only in developing new ideas but also in solidifying our close relationships between both companies. #Leadership #Innovation #Partnership #Manufacturing #Sinto #BEET #Collaboration #BEETCore
