ATCA is thrilled to welcome National Business Aviation Association Chief Operating Officer Chris Rocheleau as the new Chair-Elect of its Board of Directors. Rocheleau will serve a two-year term as Chair-Elect, beginning on Jan. 1, 2025, followed by a two-year term as Chair. Current Chair-Elect, Paul Feldman, will begin his two-year term as Chair on Jan. 1, 2025, succeeding current Board Chair Rachel Jackson.    “I am honored to have been chosen by ATCA’s membership to serve in this important position,” said Rocheleau, who calls ATCA “a vital forum” for addressing key issues, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and shaping aviation’s future. His dedication to aviation safety and the aerospace community has spanned more than three decades and includes service to the U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, and Transportation Security Administration.    At NBAA, Rocheleau oversees activities relating to aircraft and flight department operations and strategic planning, as well as the administrative, financial, and human resources functions. He has extensive experience in aviation operations, safety, policy, and international affairs. Prior to joining NBAA in 2022, Rocheleau served the FAA for over 20 years in multiple roles including acting associate administrator for aviation safety, chief of staff, assistant administrator for policy, international affairs and environment, executive director for international affairs and director of the office of emergency operations and investigations.    “Chris’ extensive experience, especially at the FAA, is of particularly high value at this moment for our organization as we refocus on fostering education, collaboration, thought leadership, and advocacy,” Jackson said.
