Working together and fostering innovation are essential for our dedication to a sustainable future. Since 2020, we've collaborated with Dalkia Smart Building in Marseille to create a sustainable and innovative River Cooling system. This system utilizes water from a 19th century former industrial site, 'La Galerie de la Mer', delivering it through three kilometres of underground networks and 27 heat exchangers. What does this mean? The River Cooling solution is up to 30 times more energy efficient than standard cooling systems, saving about 18,400MWh each year and reducing CO2 emissions by 795 tons.
