The results of the Europass Evaluation are now available! #Europass and its online tools are highly valued by users, playing a key role in connecting people's skills with job opportunities. As seen from the evaluation, understanding the importance of #skills in today's job market is pivotal: Europass provides helpful resources like: - the MySkills tool and a Digital Skills self-assessment; - as well as the Jobs & Skill Trends tool to give even more tailored guidance. These Europass tools let users take stock of their skills and interests, provided support in looking for jobs or planning career paths and received positive feedback in the evaluation. Europass isn't just on its own - it's connected with other relevant EU initiatives, such as the #EuropeanSkillsAgenda - which also means there's even more potential to expand and improve in the coming years. After the self-assessment, you get feedback to help you increase your employability or better deploy your talents on the local labour market!   It takes about 15 minutes to fill in if you have work experience.
