"Men, especially those in leadership positions, can take action by actively dishonouring the men who have abused women." I'm heartily sick of seeing nearly all articles, blogs, posts and media articles written about #ViolenceAgainstWomen authored by women. Men, step up, step in and take action. Vigils, minutes of silence and empty platitudes are no longer acceptable. Team Angela argued that Imane's physical strength gives her an unfair advantage, while Team Imane championed inclusivity, saying everyone deserves a chance to play. But here's the paradox: Angela felt what happened was unjust. Isn't denying Imane the opportunity to play in the women's game equally unjust?
