Ather Energy I recently became your customer due to my admiration for Ather's impressive R&D efforts and commitment to excellence in product development. However, my experience with Ather Ranchi has been disappointing and concerning. Upon purchasing the Ather 450s from Ather Ranchi, I discovered that the vehicle already had a trip mileage of 319 kilometres. This discovery raises serious questions about why Ather Ranchi sold me a vehicle with mileage, despite my expectation of receiving a new, unused vehicle. Furthermore, I have noticed an unpleasant sound while riding the vehicle, which compounds my concerns about the condition and authenticity of the vehicle I purchased. This situation not only reflects over promising and under delivering on Ather's part but also undermines the trust essential for a long-term customer-brand relationship. Initially, the showroom manager provided me with a written statement acknowledging the issue, and I am currently awaiting a resolution. However, I seek a comprehensive explanation from Ather regarding why a used vehicle was sold to me as new and assurance that such lapses will not recur. Sincerely, Rohit
