Why EdTech Startups in Africa Must Prioritize Infrastructure First to Survive In the rapidly evolving world of EdTech, especially in Africa, there's often a rush to create flashy applications and scalable services. But the truth is, without a solid infrastructure in place, those innovations are doomed to face scalability challenges, operational inefficiencies, and disconnected user bases. Startups that survive and thrive in Africa are the ones that first focus on building the foundation—the infrastructure that empowers education ecosystems to function seamlessly and scale effectively. This involves creating digital pathways that connect educators, students, and institutions while ensuring reliable access to resources. Without this groundwork, innovation is fragile and unsustainable. Building CampusReach, we’ve recognized this reality. We’ve set out to build the communication infrastructure that links campus communities together and extends beyond the institutions. Our mission is to bridge the gap between businesses, students, and the broader community by creating a digital ecosystem where everyone can grow together. Through CampusReach, we are providing the tools that empower institutions to communicate efficiently and offer businesses direct access to campus markets, ensuring sustainable growth for all involved. It’s time to rethink the EdTech landscape in Africa. Infrastructure isn't just a nice-to-have—it's the foundation for lasting impact. #EdTech #Africa #Startups #CampusReach #Infrastructure #CampusGrowth #BusinessDevelopment #EducationInnovation
