I totally get your frustration, but every company has its criteria for selecting candidates. While it can be disheartening not to hear back, it’s usually a sign they’ve moved forward with other candidates. I’m not from Optimizely, but I’ve interviewed there, and found the process professional. Respecting decisions is key in any work environment—keeping things positive goes a long way.
