Very excited to share the evolution of our business and team. Starting a new business in a mature industry like real estate has its pros and cons. On one hand, entrenched operators make it difficult to figure out where you can succeed. On the other hand, once you dive in, you begin to see how the marketplace is inefficient and find ways you can differentiate yourself, play to your strengths, and create value. My partners and I have been on that journey for a few years now, taking steps toward a dream of real estate ownership and building relationships that laid the foundation for something bigger. The rebranding to The Fortez Group reflects our vision to be a real estate platform that delivers unique solutions across the real estate lifecycle to groups being underserved by the marketplace. It’s been fun, challenging and rewarding. We continue to learn, evolve, and be fortunate to have great mentors and partners around us.
