The Post Office scandal is a constant reminder that even seemingly trustworthy institutions can fester when truth, transparency, and accountability are deliberately cast aside by so-called leaders.
Sadly, as some of us know all too well, similar scenarios play out in workplaces right here in our very own Trinidad & Tobago.

📣 Truth is uncomfortable and inconvenient
When individuals who uncover inconvenient truths and ask “uncomfortable” questions face retaliation and are sidelined or worse, ousted, the so-called “leaders” who have chosen to silence inconvenient truths and punish those asking the"uncomfortable" questions, must be held accountable.
❌ Deception over transparency
Leaders bear responsibility, and now that we know, thanks to covert recordings finally seeing the light of day, the truth is out.
The UK Post Office CEO lied to Parliament.
The Board is accountable for governance.
We have recently seen similar patterns of deception, here in Trinidad & Tobago, where those in power have misled stakeholders.
Integrity is not a nice to have.
