This is a very interesting RCT funded by KCE Trials in eye surgery (we've spared you the gore pictures). The trial aims to determine the most effective corneal transplant technique for treating corneal endothelial dysfunction. This condition is particularly common in the elderly and can have a significant impact on vision and quality of life. The study is halfway through recruitment.
