Our core responsibilities include: • 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 that map out each phase of the project, ensuring realistic timelines. • 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, where we balance manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize performance. • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, continuously updating the schedule to reflect actual versus planned performance and recalibrating future milestones when necessary. • 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, identifying potential bottlenecks or obstacles and planning for contingencies.
