Exciting developments in China's shipbuilding industry! 📣
We're witnessing a 14% increase in ship completions compared to the previous year, accompanied by a substantial 68% rise in both received orders and orders in stock. Impressively, 93% of these orders are for export, highlighting our global market dominance.
With profits reaching a staggering $24 billion in the first half of the year, a new record has been set. We've had the privilege of receiving insights from Professor Liu Xunliang, Co-founder and Managing Director of China Newbuilding Price Index Co., Ltd. The latest edition of CNPI has reached an all-time high of 1,058 points, marking a 0.6% year-on-year increase, demonstrating our sustained growth since its inception in 2011.

Just give you a heads-up.
Fission is on its way to becoming redundant faster because it is "out of step, out of time, out of place," and only an interim industry in the world. There is a shortage of fissile fuel.
If you're interested in nuclear energy, opt for the cleaner and safer option of nuclear fusion. Fusion offers more energy security and sovereign security than fission and the development of more jobs, newer careers and industries in the Nuclear fusion industry.
As the shortage of fission fuel becomes real, they resort to trebling fission. Then, in the renewables, grid-attached variable hydrogen power generation with batteries and fusion as a total system solution of power generation for the whole world and not just 39 rich countries. Without weaponisation, pollution of our waterways and the need to bury waste have been and will continue to be dangerous for thousands of years. What a waste of time you are here.
Fission fuel. It is going to get tight in 100 or 80 years.
Which Nuclear Fission or Fusion for our future.

What will this mean for boron supply chain security given Turkey holds about 75% of global reserves? There is really only one large boron producing mine outside of Turkey and that is Rio Tinto's Boron mine in California.
Ioneer Ltd.'s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron project located in neighboring Nevada is construction ready and is expected to be fully permitted next month. Rhyolite Ridge contains approximately 13 million tonnes of boric acid and is ideally placed to provide secure, stable and sustainable supply to the large US market for the ensuing decades. Boron is widely used across multiple industries including glass, building, automotive, solar and agriculture in addition to critical military applications. #boron#lithium#supplychainsecurityU.S. Department of Energy (DOE)United States Department of Defense
Governments are increasingly prioritising independent #RareEarth element supply and processing, in an attempt to reduce dependence on China. Their uses are critical to energy transition, e-mobility, and defence applications
Harena is seeking to seize this opportunity to leverage international geo-political trade tensions for RE magnet metals. Ampasindava's time to market is faster than other comparable projects - with potential to be among the largest new RE producers in the world (ex China)

I appeared on #Azerbaijan's #SVS TV to discuss US #energy policy. Some of the points I made:
* I explained the reasons behind the #Biden's administration's pause on gas terminals and #LNG export licenses in the #election year
* I addressed the claims that US energy dominance contributes to European dependency and states that US is actually providing Europe with more diverse options
* I talked about US reorienting to #China and #Southeast Asia markets due to the gas glut in Europe
* I mentioned the policy failures behind #EUrope's long term foreign gas dependence predicament and efforts to wean off Russian gas; I also talked about current changes to the nuclear energy policy landscape and how that impacts European #energysecurity.
* I talked about the impact of the #Houthi attacks on oil transports and why the prices on oil have not gone up, although shipping prices and insurance has been affected and how that impacts Europe and other countries.
* I talked about why US actually supports #Azerbaijan as a major energy exporter to #Europe and why the harsh rhetoric against #Baku comes from the efforts of the Armenian lobbyists and not from energy-related rivalry.
