This past week we had our annual team summit @atomicarcadestudio ! It was great being to host our team and friends from @wizardsofthecoast . It’s amazing to be able to get together in person and collaborate on our GI Joe Snake Eyes game.

Our team of brilliant people keeps expanding - if you're in the need of an implementation partner, call on Udder, a team composed udderly (I no longer apologize for this) of technical, business focused consultants who have cut their teeth as practitioners in corporate TA and/ or HR. They know your pain. They've felt it. And they know how to make it go away. Up until 2024, we'd focused near-exclusively on servicing clients in the UK as well as EU, helping leading brands and leaders navigate complex HR tech implementations. The work kept going so well, it has been all referral and renewal driven. People seem to like the craft the team brings. Not to mention their senses of humor and perspective (super important, imho). When our partners survey their client-success teams, the feedback is this (I-screenshotted-don't-tell-them): "When I see that Udder is working with my new client, I feel relieved because I know it will go brilliantly". When practitioners partner with us to augment and sherpa their teams through the design, build, and roll-out of new tech, they get the system and functionality they were looking for from the beginning, and higher user satisfaction throughout. And, isn't that the way it's supposed to be? Now in 2024 we're expanding (rapidly) into the Americas and other markets, building a team of Udderites in local time zones who can help service and partner and, well, build. We love this weird niche, and we'd love to help you when you need us. Udder: it's about time you herd* of us. DM me as you wish, or shoot me an email. *(I have said this already: zero apologies for dad-puns, particularly ones that mooove me like these do). #hrtech #hrtransformation #tatech #implementationpartner #udder #udderitesunite

Our quarterly team meetings are getting scary! This time last year, we could put together a 5-a-side team. Now, we can put out a full 11-a-side with subs (although everyone at Udder is a first-team player). Katrin Amend won the award for best background. 🐄

3. - Diversity within your team: a. Ensure a culture of psychological safety is in place, allowing each team member to freely share their thoughts even if they differ from your own. b. Make a conscious effort to learn more about the customs and traditions of your team members, whether local or foreign, and understand their generational backgrounds. c. Incorporate activities like trivia games during team meetings to encourage sharing cultural insights from within the team.
