Excited to kick-off our new Staffing Tech Summit with this keynote. We've made great efforts to step up our technology research over the past 12 months and will be using this pop-up event to showcase our findings. SIA research suggests that smaller staffing firms are being left behind in the race to automate staffing processes. While larger staffing firms (revenue in excess of $100m) have already automated 64% of their worker processes, the number drops to 55% for medium-sized firms (revenue between $11m to $100m) and 46% for smaller staffing firms (revenue below $10m).
