This Pride Month, we stand united with the LGBTQIA+ community. We celebrate their resilience, their achievements, and their ongoing fight for equality. ✊ We're committed to creating a workplace that's truly inclusive, where everyone feels valued and respected for who they are. Here's how we're taking action: Advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights: We actively support initiatives that promote equality and acceptance for the LGBTQIA+ community. Educating ourselves: We're committed to ongoing learning about LGBTQIA+ experiences and identities. Challenging biases: We recognize that unconscious bias exists, and we're committed to creating a space where open dialogue and education can dismantle these biases. As Pride continues, let's all recommit to building a more inclusive world. #DiversityEquityInclusion #PrideAtWork #BeAnAlly

Happy Pride Month! 🌈 As we celebrate Pride Month, it's important to bring awareness to the challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. Many individuals find themselves in situations and workplaces where they aren't sure if they will be welcomed, accepted, or even safe. This month serves as a reminder that our support and advocacy should extend beyond these 30 days and be part of our everyday lives. I love seeing the rainbow logos everywhere - it brings me hope. But Pride Month isn't just about one month of recognition. It’s about showing continuous support and being active allies. It's about fostering an environment where everyone, regardless of their identity, feels safe and valued. It's essential to amplify voices across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum and work towards a future where everyone can live authentically without fear. Let's use this month to educate, support each other, and build inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. 🏳️🌈💪 #PrideMonth #Inclusion #Advocacy

2moPlease address AT&T's policy on account separation in situations involving domestic violence. While the policy allows survivors to obtain account separation without direct contact with their abuser, the requirement to present proof of legal intervention places undue burden on survivors, delaying their ability to secure independent ownership of their phone line, a critical component of a safety plan. Many survivors are able to leave abusive situations without involving law enforcement or obtaining restraining orders, often due to fears of escalation or lack of resources. Please consider the following policy revisions: - Streamline the account separation process to minimize bureaucracy, ensuring that survivors can quickly and safely obtain control of their communication channels without requiring supporting documentation. - Train customer service representatives to provide compassionate and trauma-informed support, offering available options and assistance throughout the process. Implementing these changes would demonstrate AT&T's commitment to the safety and well-being of vulnerable customers and help ensure they are able to establish independence without unnecessary hurdles. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.
