AT&T seems like a fun place to work but unfortunately, this is not the case within the CTX Coaching team led by Mischa Perry. I do not work for AT&T but someone very close to me does and they mde their live a living hell: An atmosphere of Condescension and Intimidation: There is a prevailing attitude where individuals are often made to feel as though they know nothing. This condescending behavior undermines confidence and creates a hostile work environment where team members are afraid to ask questions or contribute ideas for fear of being belittled, the likes of Jan Stolarik. Racial and Gender Discrimination: Instances of racial and gender discrimination have been observed, where certain team members are treated unfairly or differently based on their race or gender. This behavior is not only unethical but also against our company's values and policies. . Some individuals like Andrew Maidment within the team consistently exhibit condescending attitudes towards their colleagues. This behavior fosters a toxic environment and hinders effective collaboration and communication, yet leadership shows a blind eye to it. These issues need immediate addressing so please let me know the proper channel to use.

I hope you’re able to make adjusts to your B2B sales team. They seem very knowledgeable at point of sale but once agreements signed, they leave you in the dark and doesn’t seem to care much afterwards. You’d think dealing B2B you’d receive some sort of support but since August 12th until now I still don’t have my business wireless account setup properly. To the point when I call in they flat out tell me they can’t pull up any records not even a trace of account number. AT&T I’ve personally spent over 20 hours on phone with support to lead no way and would be happy to share them for other business owners to avoid the headache. I don’t like dropping names of the account executive but I can if helps leadership make adjustment.

I miss working and representing AT&T and hearing great feedback from AT&T customers. It was a great experience working with you, AT&T. To more future success! From the PH. 💙

Well, well. Well! I know that I’m above the level of a b2b sales development staff. Those that did contact were rude and actually address this properly. As one of your directors called me but was stupid as I have a a MIS ADI contract and mine is a global develoment business center account and I have my duns and Bradstreet license. They are from wireline. The AT@T director was a unethical lazy excuse for a AT&T wireline director. They were stupid and only a manager level as they set up a business staff number, to contact me on that is now closed as I reported them. You students are a shame. So can a business director for enterprise ADI accounts contact me asap! 4 months to register a business get a ADI SEI plus contract that most would search a life time for. duns number registered and ready to activate my 10 10 10max . Chosen a super data center which is world class from Singapore and better than what Cisco use!!! So I need my business direct and business center account that was hacked by university staff restored so I can create accounts and also to place orders as I am the sales and my account doesn’t need any supervision!!
