Each of these OCH folks do an extraordinary job in their roles. Their respective points of view regarding community health for all, leadership and employee engagement & interaction resonate deeply with me and why I chose the FQ life. 😎 It has been my pleasure & an honor to attend the OCH Leadership Institute over the past several months. Definitely insightful, helpful and career-focused exercises that really hit the target. #onecommunity #leadership #crucialconversations

Founder and Executive Director at Integrate for Good | Innovator | Community Builder | Occupational Therapist
What an exciting week it has been for Jackson Heller, one of the emerging leaders in our inaugural Integrate for Good Leadership Incubator program at Ursinus College! In addition to being accepted into Villanova University's VUnited program earlier this week, we also invited Jackson to present with us on autism awareness and acceptance at The GIANT Company’s regional corporate training next month! Jackson will co-present with me to over 100 managers at Giant on how to support, create more opportunities, and optimize the talent of employees with autism at Giant. Although we only met Jackson three weeks ago at the beginning of Leadership Incubator, we immediately recognized his talent and leadership potential, and knew he would thrive in this opportunity! We couldn’t be prouder of Jackson and can't wait to see him shine at Villanova, during our presentation with Giant, and beyond. This is what Leadership Incubator is all about! Want to help us empower more emerging leaders like Jackson in Leadership Incubator? Register now for our March Madness Bracket Challenge and know you are helping us change the game for young adult leaders with disabilities. In addition, whoever scores the most points wins $100! Register below and complete your brackets ASAP because registration closes before the Sweet Sixteen games begin! Yesterday, Cristal Gary, MPP, FACHE, Meridian's Plan President & CEO, joined Mia Keeys, Dr. Yolanda Lawson, and Emilie Rodriguez, along with moderator Shyrea Thompson at the 2024 Annual National Minority Quality Forum Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. on a panel to discuss how to scale solutions that can foster #healthequity. "In the last 25 years, we've learned that despite all of our efforts, disparities are getting worse," said Cristal. "We can't wait to start addressing disparities. At Meridian, we are evolving our programs to ensure they have an intentional equity lens. We're collaborating with community based organizations and our providers. We are funding a mobile OB clinic to address maternal health deserts in Central Illinois and funding a doula program. And we are committed to establishing the foundational work to take our programs to the next level based on data."
