Both the Trump and Biden Administrations urged colleges to target financial aid grants (made available through multiple COVID relief bills) to students with the most need. That is exactly what Lakeshore Technical College did… 2020: 79.7% of grant dollars went to Pell Recipients (5th highest % across ALL Wisconsin colleges and universities) 2021: 86.4% went to Pell Recipients (highest % across ALL Wisconsin colleges and universities) 2022: 84.8% went to Pell Recipients (highest % in the Wisconsin Technical College System)
