In F1 🏎️ it takes the pit crew 2.29 seconds (on average) to change 4 tyres. For Ferrari, they got this down to 2.1 seconds. Google this for the video, it’s inspiring. In F1 it’s ’we before me’. Everyone knows their role, everyone remains accountable and everyone shares the same goal. These are high performing teams. Using the F1 analogy, we held a workshop with the Jammers on what it takes to be a high performing team. Facilitated by David Crawford we took an interactive approach to what we all think constitutes high performance and, together as a team, created a plan to enhance our own performance as an agency. We came away with a clear action plan and I’m excited for what we can achieve as we work through our plan 💫 Keeping with the F1 analogy we finished the session with a team go-karting experience. Not quite F1 but the way some Jammers handled those karts they’d give Verstappen a run for his money 💨 A great day all round. And I beat David Gee on the tracks so it was extra special 🤣🙌🏼 #Teamwork #Marketing

🏁 🏎 And here we go, race 1 out of 24 for the Formula One 2024 season. This weekend in Bahrain, the schedule shifts back one day with qualifying on Friday and racing on Saturday. The start of a new Formula One season in 2024 can be compared to a software company starting their new year. Both events mark the beginning of a new chapter and bring a sense of excitement and anticipation for what is to come. Just like how Formula One teams spend months preparing and fine-tuning their cars for the upcoming season, software companies also spend a significant amount of time planning and developing new products and updates. Both Formula One and software companies rely on cutting-edge technology and innovation to stay competitive and deliver the best results. Additionally, just as how Formula One drivers and teams constantly adapt and evolve throughout the season, software companies also continuously improve and adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape.
