Here is an overview of machine-made sand water treatment: Machine-made sand water treatment is a common method used to purify and filter water. It involves passing water through a bed of sand, which acts as a physical barrier to remove suspended solids, sediment, and other contaminants from the water. The process typically involves the following steps: Pretreatment: The raw water may undergo preliminary treatment to remove large particles, such as debris or leaves. This can involve processes like screening or coarse filtration. Flocculation and Sedimentation: In some cases, chemical coagulants are added to the water to bind smaller particles together, forming larger flocs that can settle out more easily. Sand Filtration: The water then passes through a bed of sand, typically made up of layers of sand with different grain sizes. As the water flows through the sand, particulates and contaminants become trapped within the sand bed. Backwashing: Periodically, the sand filter is backwashed by reversing the flow of water to dislodge and flush out the accumulated particles and contaminants. Disinfection: After filtration, the water may undergo a final disinfection step, such as chlorination or UV treatment, to kill any remaining microorganisms. What we leave for future generations is important to us. Therefore, our plant operates in accordance with actual #environmentalregulations and directives. In our plating plant, our baths have their own rim extractor. The extracted gases are purified in our air scrubbers according to their composition. The wastewater is treated in our own wastewater treatment unit. #EnvironmentallyConscious #SurfaceTreatment #WorkCulture

Clean water is crucial for our daily lives. Water treatment is the process that ensures the quality of water, making it suitable for various uses. Water treatment processes can be classified into two main types: physical and chemical. Physical treatment removes suspended solids and significant microorganisms from the water through sedimentation and filtration. Chemical treatment, like the addition of chlorine, ozone, or potassium permanganate, kills waterborne pathogens, prevents the formation of biofilm slime, and oxidizes remaining contaminants like iron. Both processes work together to ensure clean and safe water. Let's take a moment to appreciate the hard work of those who give us access to safe and clean water. What, then, must be removed from public water supplies, and what other chemicals are added to the water? How do public water facilities treat our water to make it safe for us to drink and appropriate for other human uses? There are six major steps in the treatment of our water: screening, sedimentation, precipitation, filtration, adsorption, and disinfection. #EnvironmentalManagement
