2 FA. Waste of time. We need zero knowledge proof authentication- consult the real experts. We don’t want to divulge our data to anyone to authenticate. Today I called two depts and they asked the same questions: 1. What’s your full name? 2. Date of birth 3. Your Address
I would even go one step further and require phishing-resistant MFA instead of convetional MFA (mostly SMS-based for consumer-facing apps).

1moI would really like to encourage the Australian cyber security Centre create "Cybersecurity Australia" app on Android and Apple Tony Burke similar to the coronavirus Australia app which was very successful in terms of communicating alerts and vital information. Putting it on as many Australians devices to educate and alert them will be the next step in increasing awareness training as well as an opting awareness training similar to corporates.
